How I started?
Hello there. I'm Avis, the creator of Moonfish, founded in 2020. I'm a shopaholic who likes to accessorize with charming and unique things.
I recall it all starting during the COVID-19 pandemic, when wearing a mask was a vital part of our daily lives, and I was looking for a mask chain to spruce up my outfits, but I couldn't find anything that I liked on the market. So I started making my own out of my old gem stones I had lying around in my jewelry box. I recall receiving compliments, which inspired me to make some for my friends. This also motivates me to start something of my own.
Doing what I love
Craft and design have always been my pillar of strength, and I consider myself very lucky to be doing what I genuinely love and enjoy!
Through my work on Moonfish, I've found a sense of calm and contentment that allows my creativity to run free!
Why Moonfish
Similar to the moon's illuminating presence during nighttime, Moonfish represents a guiding light, providing a new outlook on life, much as the moon's enlightening presence at night. The anglerfish, which has a "moon" on its forehead to signify the beam of light that serves as a reminder to approach life positively.
